Step 1 - Download mIRC Software

Step 2 - Install and open it
              Now mIRC Options Dialog box will appear

Step 3 - Click on Connect>>Servers, then click on Add in the right side of the Dialog box

Step 4 - In Description, write XE Channel Server or something for your understanding

Step 5 - On IRC Server type irc.gtanet.com

Step 6 - On Ports, type 6667
      Note: Leave Group and Password blank

Step 7 - Click OK
    Now on the IRC Servers list we can see a channel with the description that we have given

Step 8 - Click that and press OK
    If it is not connecting, Go to File Menu>> Press Connect
    Wait for it to load

Step 9 -Now it will ask you to enter a Channel name, write #xe.european there.

Step 10 - Now click Join

You are Done

Now to use it

To write something to the server type .(a dot) and enter the message
  Example : .Hey

To see the players online type !players

To pm to anyone type !pm <player/id> <message>
